Cinco Teros is a unique style of Arnis / Kali / Eskrima, built around utilizing the five basic strikes that naturally occur when swinging a stick or bladed weapon. Our particular style of Cinco Teros is named after the city of Baguio, where it is taught by our master teacher and founder Rolando Hong. Cinco Teros Baguio is his family art that originated in the Pangasinan region of the Philippines. Its techniques were secretly handed down only through generations of Master Hong’s family. Now Cinco Teros Baguio Arnis/Silat is taking root in the United States.
